Job Purpose
As a new company, we are looking to rapidly develop our organisational development & analytics capabilities. The position of global workforce planning & analytics specialist will play a pivotal role in the rollout of new technology platforms, driving workforce planning across the global business and supporting on employee insights analytics. In the first six months, you would accelerate the establishment of the Ice Cream company by setting up processes and systems, after which you will become one of the subject matter experts (SMEs) in this highly valued expertise.
The Global Workforce Planning & Analytics Specialist will be a member of the wider Global HR Expertise team. This team defines, designs, and builds the capabilities and culture interventions and frameworks that drive business growth and provide the world-class expertise we need to leverage to make the new Ice Cream company more competitive. Interacting with other expertise areas within this team can become a part of the developmental experience in this role.
Main Responsibilities
Onboarding of new technology platforms.
Co-developing our new approach to workforce planning.
Driving our annual overheads management cycle – in collaboration with global Finance and regional HR teams.
Employee Insights Analytics, most notably in conducting employee engagement surveys across the entire company.
Educating the wider HR function on how to leverage our tech stack & analytics solutions.
Spotting opportunities in business problems with an organisation effectiveness lens (e.g. productivity analysis).
Skills & Behaviours
Believe in the power of data-driven decision-making.
Be analytical and have an inquisitive mind.
Be curious, comfortable with ambiguity and have a desire to experiment.
Willingness to work cross-functionally, mainly with Finance and Tech teams.
Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with using PowerBI would be preferred, but can be compensated with a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to leverage impact across countries and cultures, with cultural sensitivity to manage and support a diverse workforce.
Agile project management skills for implementing and deploying global initiatives.
Fluent in the languages of HR, Finance and business, and know how to talk to a variety of stakeholders at different levels in the organisation.
Experience
3-5 years of work experience working with HR analytics. It is preferable that you have experience in working with data spanning multiple countries and sources.
Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment using technology platforms, such as Workday and Qualtrics, to drive change and optimisation.
Having partnered a multitude of people and teams at various levels of seniority and experience.
