Background & Main Job Purpose

As a Trade Management Specialist UFS, you will support trade management and sales data analysis efforts to enhance business performance, being the liaison between Sales and Marketing. This role provides a great opportunity to develop analytical and trade management skills while working closely with the Trade Management Lead and cross-functional teams. You will assist in managing sales data, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to 1u plan execution that drive sales growth. Your contributions will help optimize trade engagement and ensure operational efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role reports to Trade Management Lead UFS.

Main Accountabilities

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sell-out data from key retailers to provide insights for the sales team.

  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  • Help automate reports and improve data accuracy to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the operator lifecycle and buying journey.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade marketing and sales performance.

  • Assist in managing leads and tracking lead conversion rates to align with business goals.

  • Be the liaison between Customer Development & Marketing in regards to KPI monitoring, ad hoc initiatives/requests

  • Assist in the national Customer Development agenda execution, 1U plan monitoring, promo management, communication/presentation with customers

  • Assist innovation management

  • Drive POS management, SIO (Sell-in/Sell-out)/Hotel contracts management

  • Support Sales & Operations Planning process

 Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Basic knowledge of sales, trade, and marketing concepts

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

  • Good collaboration and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or marketing support roles.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.

  • Fluency in Greek and English.
