What do we look for? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline, preferably Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Digital and Emerging Technologies

  • Full working rights in Australia and/or New Zealand

  • Have a passion for high performance and can work collaboratively

  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships

  • Resilient and resourceful, with strong analytical and communication skills

Our Future Leaders Program 

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is designed to develop tomorrow’s leaders, today.

From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. Through a blend of on-the-job learning, structured training, and mentorship, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to lead – now and into the future.

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Supply Chain 

Supply Chain UFLP is designed to develop future supply chain leaders. You’ll gain hands-on experience across planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, while contributing to real business challenges and sustainability goals. With personalised development, global exposure, and mentorship, this program sets you on a path to leadership in one of the world’s most sustainable and innovative companies.
