Main Responsibilities:

1.    Trade Activation and Promotion Support    

  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade activation and promotional activities. This includes setting up in-store displays, organizing promotional events, and ensuring all promotional materials are available and used effectively.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that trade promotions are aligned with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Working with external vendors to secure venues, equipment, and other necessary resources for events

2.    Sales Brief & Result Tracking    

  • Preparing and delivering concise and informative sales briefs to the sales team. This involves summarizing key points of promotions, new products, or sales strategies to ensure the team is well-informed and prepared.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of sales activities and promotions. This includes collecting data, generating reports, and providing insights to improve future sales efforts.

3.    Claim Process Support    

  • Assisting with the verification and processing of trade promotion claims. This includes ensuring claims are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all claims and ensuring they are filed correctly for future reference and audits.

4.    Project & Operational Support    

  • Supporting various projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. This could involve streamlining workflows or adopting new tools and technologies.

5.    Meeting & Training Coordination 

  • Assist in meeting and training programs and materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective. 

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing support, trade marketing support roles.

Skills:

  • Excellent ability to manage projects efficiently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build connection and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Exceptionally organized, focuses on details, and committed to delivering top-quality work.
