Main Responsibilities:

  • To support the management of the overall Supply Chain operations for Category group.
  • To work jointly with Trade Marketing and Sales to evaluate and influence proper sales for forecasting which influence the effective Supply Chain Management i.e. material requirement planning, production planning, and customer service level.
  • To monitor and control inventory levels of materials and finished goods to meet the agreed customer service level.
  • To develop, establish and implement the effective logistics procedure, monitoring, fault finding and reporting system to prompt corrective actions by all concerns.
  • To co-ordinate with Sourcing Unit and third-party manufacturers on weekly and long term plan to meet the agreed customer service level.
  • To find area of improvement and flexibility into the logistics system. Avoid waste and add value.
  • To participate, co-ordinate and prepare Network for promotional activities.
  • To monitor, control and advise all concerns on the progress of promotional activities.
  • To jointly work with Supplier Development, Supply Management and Technical Development to improve Supplier’s quality and third party manufacturers’ performance through supply chain project and SSQR program.
  • To work jointly with production and warehouse management to plan of their capacity requirement for the agreed operation.
  • To advise concerned management on current and foreseeable situations with regards to supply difficulty, stock availability, production capacity and distribution.
  • To propose the disposal of obsolete materials, goods and damaged stocks.
  • To work jointly with Export department to meet Export sales requirement.
  • To keep updated on company’s policy and relevant strategic and operation plan.
  • To maintain good working relationship with all concerned departments.
  • To complete the ad-hoc assignments given by superior.
  • To train and develop subordinates and to communicate with them on matter related to company policies and directions affecting their responsibilities and performances.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher (Preferably in Science)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain fields.
  • Planning and analytical skills
  • Energetic, responsive and flexible
  • Good command in English
