JOB SCOPE
We’re seeking a self-driven Go-To-Market Manager to lead and grow our ice cream business in Morocco and neighboring white space Arabic countries. This role will be responsible for managing our distributor partnership, driving commercial execution, and unlocking new business development opportunities across the region.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Distributor Management: Build and manage strong distributor relationships to drive in-market execution, improve sales performance, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in Morocco and new white space markets in the region.
- Executional Excellence: Ensure perfect in-store execution across priority channels. Drive sales fundamentals (visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, Cabinets).
- Commercial Strategy: Support local pricing strategies, channel plans, and trade investments. Align closely with HQ in UAE to translate brand plans into local market actions.
- Market Expansion: Assess and open up new markets in neighboring Arabic-speaking countries with a light, distributor-led model.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor sales data, distributor performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making and monthly reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key local point of contact for supply chain, marketing, and finance alignment with the regional team.
Experiences & Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in sales, distributor management, or commercial roles (FMCG preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (spoken & written)
- Sales Analyst, data Entry, data crunching, sales coordinator
- Proven experience working independently and delivering results with minimal supervision
