Our Engineering team is embarking on an exciting journey as it is hiring a Project Engineer who can support of all sites new projects! She or He will work developing project plans, including timelines and budgets.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

The Project Engineer collaborates with all the site teams to new projects implementation, towards a logic of continuous improvement. Moreover, She or He will be involved in the key issues workstreams, acting autonomously in the development and implementation of solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


•All-round management of suppliers, including solution design, offers evaluation, order management, field implementation, safety and quality assurance, bureaucratic compliance;

•Proactivity in building action plans to address specific issues;

•Ability to evaluate different solutions to the same issue, with focus on costs and timing;

•Budget management allocated on specific workstreams/projects;

•Participate actively in saving and improvement project meetings;

KEY INTERFACES:

•Site teams (Engineering, Operation, SHE, Quality and Finance)

•Central teams (Procurement, R&D)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

•English proficiency and Italian mother tongue;

•Fresh graduate with Engineering Master’s Degree (Preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering);

•Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package (mainly Excel, Power Point)

•Knowledge of CAD drawing and plant P&ID is preferred;

•Extremely well-organized, precise and able to multi-task with excellent prioritizing and time-management skills;

•Aptitude for project planning and detailed engineering;

•Communication skills to manage external parties such as local contractors and global suppliers;

•Fast learner, open minded and growth mindset;

•Strong problem solving, goal driven and creative thinking skills and attention to details.
