MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Strategic, tech-savvy Digital Lead to spearhead the digital transformation initiatives within the foodssourcing unit. This role will be responsible foridentifying, implementing, and optimizing digital tools and systems that enhance production efficiency, quality, compliance, and sustainability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety, Health, and Environment
- Follows all SHE policies and procedures according toexisting guidelines

- Completely wears / uses prescribed PPEs

- Reports quality behavioral observations accordingly
- Adheres to guidelines on personal hygiene
Engineering/Digital
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a digital roadmap aligned withoperational goals, focusing on automation, data analytics, IoT, and smart manufacturing technologies.
- Process Optimization: Lead the deployment of digital solutions (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA, predictive maintenance tools) to streamline end-to-end manufacturing processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage real-time data and analytics to improve yield, reduce waste, and enable continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, IT, and Supply Chain teams to identify pain points and co-create digital solutions.
- Change Management:Drive adoption of digital tools across the plant floor, providing training and support to ensure user engagement and competency.
- Vendor & Technology Management:Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and platforms to ensure alignment with compliance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Performance Monitoring:Define KPIs, track ROI, and report progress of digital initiatives to senior leadership.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or FMCG, with at least 2 years in a digital/IT-focused role.
- Proven experience implementing Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing solutions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, etc.).
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team.
- Visionary with self-learning initiative
