WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
The Category Strategy Development Lead is responsible for:
Working closely with the BU GM and collaboratingand coordinating inputs with multiple markets on Greater Asia Strategy to craft the Greater Asia narrativefor IBP and Global Visitor decks
Localizing global B&W strategies and crafting cascade decks for Greater Asia
Project management and collaboration with Greater Asia commercial leads on key workstreams (NRM, Innovation playbooks, etc) that will move the needle for total area
People development
Experiences & Qualifications:
Experience in CSP, Marketing or Finance is required to understand the commercial business. Understanding P&L, high business acumen and project management is a must
Experience with different market dynamics is a plus.
