Job Title: Deodorants Senior Assistant Brand Manager

Location: BGC, PH.

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

• Assist in developing and executing brand plans aligned with business objectives.

• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

2. Marketing Campaigns

• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital).

• Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely and impactful execution.

3. Innovation & Product Launches

• Contribute to innovation planning and product development.

• Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure successful launches.

4. Business Performance Monitoring

• Track brand performance using internal dashboards and external market data.

• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and customer teams to ensure brand plans are executed effectively in-market.

• Collaborate with regional/global teams for alignment and sharing of best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Passion for consumer brands and market dynamics.
