Terms & Conditions: Full time- Hybrid. There is no relocation bonus for national or international relocation.

JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a Customer Facing Coordinator to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for managing our biggest customer across all Business Units, ensuring a strong and lasting relationship, and providing exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Responsible for E2E Order to Cash process for Walmart & Clubs
• Responsible for results behind Fill Rate and OTIF.
• Coordinate with CD, logistics, planning & CPFR teams the E2E supply chain process
• Key point of contact for GBS Hub (Capgemini) for Order Management process
• Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients, acting as the main Supply Chain point of contact.
• Understand customer needs and objectives, with a significant focus on maintaining a proactive vision to anticipate business impacts.
• Lead customer collaboration agenda behind E2E Digital Supply Chain
• Stakeholder management
• Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Participate in business meetings and customer presentations.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in similar roles, logistics, or planning positions.
• Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering (preferably)
