WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Lead Long Term Capacity Plan (LTCP) Cycles for the global Deodorants network focused on the 4 main applicators – Aerosols / Rollon / Sticks / Lotion;
Global connection with the BG, all the BUs and 1UL countries – Strategic and Innovation Planning / Procurement / Engineering / R&D;
Drive capacity increase plans and LTCP actions with relevant teams;
Network strategy review;
Digitisation agenda for LTCP;
Manage global volume allocationin cases of capacity constraints;

Experiences & Qualifications
Planning role experience (Supply or Demandor Strategic or Innovation);
English proficiency;
Basic understanding of finance
