Our supply chain organization has a strong transformational and net productivity agenda oriented to be the Gross Margin Bank that help to our brands to continue driving the sustainable & profitable growth strategy. The size of the cost structure in the Region @ €3,8bn.
The SCF Finance Excellence Team (SCF FET) plays a pivotal role being a Hub that will lead the transformation about how we plan, control and generate cost and synergies efficiencies into the cost model processes. This is a multi-disciplined group of professionals covering E2E SCC Forecasting, Management Reporting, Month End Close, Budget and Factory Controlling, Analytics, Reports and Data Management and ad hoc executive management support.
This role will require close working in partnership with the SCF Business Partners of BUs, Supply Chain (including BO), SCFS, Procurement and Shared Services experts - including Unilever UniOps (IT & Data experts)- and will be in charge to support the SC FP&A Manager on the redesign, transformation, harmonization and simplification of supply chain overheads processes, creating the hub capabilities needed to support markets / Business Groups and to perform an effective and reliable cost process for all the BUs into the LATAM Region delivering all the forecast and month end closes outputs related to Supply Chain Overheads.
Towards this, we are seeking a dynamic finance talent with expertise and knowledge in SCF, strong controlling skills with abilities to influence presential and remote teams, resilience, change management, self-driven and assertive communication to ensure controlling process is being followed for delivering clear explanations of financial results.
Main Job Purpose:
The SCO FP&A Coordinator is responsible to support the SC FP&A Manager for the end to end coordination and consolidation of the Supply Chain Overheads costing and reporting processes for all BU’s and Markets for Mexico, being a key partner to the cross-functional teams to deliver value through planning process and reporting of People, Non-People budgets. The candidate will also support key business transformations, IC separation and SCF FET transition through providing self-service quality information and reliable data analytics for SCF BUs or any other relevant stakeholder on an ad-hoc basis.
- SCF FET – SCO DELIVERY:
• Accountable of delivering on-Time all processes on monthly financial planning ensuring full integrity and consistency.
• Collection and consolidation of financial data from all BUs and specific finance business partners (on Supply Chain costs related).
• Management of information systems: SAP & iFinance.
•Support optimization of tools and processes across countries (SCO global tool and standardization of data management)
• Guarantee Execution of closing routines, focusing on efficiency, agility, and expertise in these processes (e.g. Blacklines, etc).
• Provide information to track net productivity program together with budget owners.
• Support IC demerger delivering on demand request to avoid disruptions on current processes remaining on UL side.
- SCO LATAM:
• Responsible for the calculation of People cost and consolidation of Non-People cost from owners.
• Controlling of SCO, managing together with budget owners and raising to them possible opportunities for the business.
• Provide explanations of SCO Actual vs. Forecast and Previous Year, also Forecast vs. Previous Forecast versions for the business (SCF BP)
• Support change management as required during harmonization of SCF FET.
• Participate in construction of tools needed for Business Units to drive financial performance.
• Provide inputs if required for presentations ad hoc such as townhalls, investor relations and global visits on matters of supply chain costs when needed.
