CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join the BW team as Retail Media, Content and Perfect Store Online Lead. This role will be responsible for driving programmatic media strategy and execution across key e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Noon, and Talabat, with a special focus on search optimization and content excellence across all dcom customers in arabia.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Retail Media Management
- Develop and execute full-funnel retail consumer journey strategies, with 80-90% focus on consideration phase
- Own Dcom BMI for all channels and customers with a P&L Responsibility for reporting to multiple sources (finance, media agency etc)
- Drive 90% Month-on-Month improvement on Share of Branded Search, Generics, and Competition
- Manage programmatic media campaigns across major e-commerce platforms
- Optimize platform-specific DSP placements and sponsorship packages
- Execute daily budget optimization to maximize ROAS across platforms and SKUs
- Plan and implement various digital asset types including homepage banners, above-the-fold visibility, swim lanes, and landing page activations
Digital Shelf Excellence
- Own end-to-end management of assortment on KWERY & Content Suite tools
- Ensure perfect content compliance across all retailers (name, image scores, search rank, ratings, and reviews)
- Drive SEO performance through eLCP implementation
- Maintain and optimize keyword strategies based on current search trends
- Manage content development for innovations following perfect content guidelines
- Collaborate with global PSO teams on content innovations and best practices
- Coordinate with D-com team and e-merchandisers for content deployment
Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct regular analysis of share of shelf, search, assortment, and content metrics
- Deliver monthly performance reports to senior stakeholders
- Support search and discoverability initiatives through data-driven insights
- Execute weekly "Walk the Store Online" audits
- Track and maintain content completeness scores (90+ for Core SKUs, 80% for complete portfolio)
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop compelling, conversion-focused content
- Lead brand store creation and management
- Design effective on-site shopper journeys
- Optimize content across the path to purchase

- Expertise in audience targeting and keyword strategy development
- Proficiency in budget management and ROAS optimization
- Experience with e-commerce content management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Experience with digital asset management and e-commerce content guidelines
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
