JOB PURPOSE:

Are you passionate about the latest social media trends? Always the first to try new TikTok recipes? Unilever Ice Cream is seeking a dedicated influencer marketing specialist to support the US Ice Cream Earned/Influencer Lead on year-round creator campaigns. The ideal candidate will own influencer marketing initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategies in the US market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and drive North America influencer and creator marketing strategies that support brand initiatives with a focus on brand building, awareness and cultural relevance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop briefs for content creation from concept to execution

  • Serve as primary point of contact for influencer marketing agency partners

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights

  • Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with overall marketing strategy

  • Identify and proactively flag relevant social trends

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance to brand teams and senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, successes and areas for improvement

  • Partner with paid media teams to facilitate trafficking of paid assets

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience managing influencer marketing, preferably within the food/CPG space and in platforms such as Meta and TikTok

  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends

  • A passion for cultural trends, what’s happening in the news and evolving best practices in social media

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proactive and creative problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of new trends

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
