Job Title: Sr Executive Engineer

Location: LLPL Factory, Gandhidham

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Engineer with a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering to join our team at the LLPL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of utilities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, schedule, and execute engineering projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

  • Utilities Management: Oversee the operations and maintenance of utilities including chillers, compressors, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UE, contractor management, to achieve plant objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG / detergent / chemical manufacturing (preferably in engineering/projects)

  • Strong knowledge of utilities, including chillers, compressors and HVAC systems.

  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
