1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define growth levers in the customer & translate into growth business plan to deliver the categories growth ambition
  • Partner with customers and co-ordinate with internal cross-functions to develop the plan across growth levers & drive perfect execution of the plan in that customer to deliver growth target
  • Ensure perfect execution across growth levers and flawless end-to-end fulfillment & delivery to customers
  • Develop relationship & partner with customer as strategic partnership for growth with Unilever

Key stakeholder:

  • External: Customers, Distributor
  • Internal: CSP, dCom Marketing, Supply chain, other functions

2. KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Data literacy, perfect execution, digital commerce
  • Problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
  • Stakeholder management
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Very strong knowledge of online business, FMCG industry

3. KEY EXPERIENCES

  • Min 4+ years working experience in: sales, business development, account management; Online industry, eCommerce, FMCG
  • Customer relationship & management experience, strategic and commercial skills/experience
