Process Engineer - BPC plant

Work Location: Cu Chi

Job Purpose

To ensure the operational efficiency of production lines by supporting workshops in identifying and eliminating losses and waste. This role applies methodologies from AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Planned Maintenance), FI (Focused Improvement), and QC (Quality Control) pillars to drive continuous improvement and maintain high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in production line efficiency by identifying and eliminating losses and waste using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement technical standards to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation of production lines.
• Train operators on technical standards and maintenance activities to restore and sustain the original condition of machinery and equipment.
• Identify and document best practices; lead the replication of these practices across other production lines.
• Ensure accurate usage and data integrity within the MMP (Manufacturing Management Platform) system.
• Collaborate with the plant engineering team to implement automation and digital transformation projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Solid understanding of ideal production systems and operational excellence principles.
• Strong knowledge of operational standards and the ability to establish and maintain them effectively.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
