Ufresh - Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

Performance Management

• Category performance management through annual business planning,

monthly forecast, define and monitor key performances KPI from both

category and channel perspectives

• Partner with across functional finance and operation team to identify

business risks and opportunities and drive profitable growth of total

Deodorant business

• Budget management including scheme approval, monthly closing & actual

variance explanation

Finance Business Partnering:

• Support and challenge business decisions including promotion/brand and

marketing investment in order to achieve a superior sustainable financial

performance

• Independently provide financial information and analysis in a timely

fashion with actionable recommendations for finance and business

management

• Develop business cases to launch new products and business models

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance Business Partner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese, as well as stakeholder management.

• Open mindset, growth mindset, and positive mindset.
