Background and Purpose of the Job:
The Associate CPFR Manager position requires leadership and expertise across the team and broader CPFR community when it comes to sharing and developing best practices. The role requires the management of Kroger’s inventory replenishment at the SKU level using various system tools such as Market 6 and 18.51, Excel based tools, Power Bi, SAP, including proficiency with building complex data queries and workflows using various methods and automation tools ie. SQL, Alteryx and the like. This role will drive Supply Chain activities; help meet customer in-stock goals, inventory targets, overall sales goals, and maintain fill rates. The CPFR work optimizes Kroger’s replenishment process and it ultimately benefits Unilever’s Supply Chain by generating a more accurate (baseline) customer forecast that can be used for internal planning. These activities require tight internal business linkages and communication is critical for success. This role additionally supports promotional forecasting recommendations and management of key events to ensure linkages to performance and incremental sales through influencing inventory lift recommendations through data and storytelling.
Additionally, the Associate CPFR Manager acts as a leading contributor and skilled customer data expert for key strategic initiatives across several teams and platforms to harvest and integrate end to end customer data with Unilever data across Supply Chain to develop meaningful insights that drive Unilever business.
This position manages the tactical demand forecast and data at the customer level. Numerous interfaces requiring experience, good judgement, strong communication, relationship building skills, and end to end supply chain process understanding occur. Deep Supply Chain knowledge, data modeling and analytical and technical skills are critical to the success of the role. Presentation of data to management is required.

Who You are and What You’ll Do:
- You are a strategy guru and dot connector: You will optimize Kroger’s replenishment process to meet In-stock, Inventory and Sales objectives while maintaining fill rates. You will prioritize work load by using internal and external reports effectively. Ability to define/design solution options, evaluate technical feasibility, and provide estimates on effort and risk. Experience in developing Tableau dashboards, Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Automate flows, Web Applications, Alteryx, Knime, or similar technologies
- You’re a born leader: Lead and manage the CPFR team in best practices, weekly meetings with Kroger, and key internal stakeholders to identify in-stock opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- You’re a data native and storyteller: You will use data to communicate relevant changes in inventory, in-stocks, or POS Trends for forecasts to internal Supply Chain/sales teams and the customer. Experience in data structures and data warehouse concepts (i.e. SQL)
- You’re a paradox navigator: You will manage projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain or Customer Replenishment efficiencies and contribute to strategic design and build data solutions.
- You’re a culture & change champion: Working closely with cross functional colleagues both internally and externally as ONE TEAM and aligning expectations while holding others accountable
- You’re a teacher: Lead team of individuals in personal development and career goals and performance management driving a high performing team culture. Ability to learn new technologies, adapt quickly and engage with team to solve complex problems.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Undergraduate degree in Logistics or Business-related fields.
- 2-5 years relevant analyst, forecasting, or planning experience
- Excel in data management and analytical skills are required
- Certification in Supply Chain Academy or APICS is a plus
- Technical acumen on data integration
- Data analytics and ability to understand what the data is telling you and apply
- Ability to lead and coach others for success

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
