JOB PURPOSE
The B&W Commerce Category Operations Manager will lead the strategic and operational execution of Digital Commerce initiatives across the B&W portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving competitive growth, embedding Digital Commerce into Customer Business Development (CBD) strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across omnichannel platforms, with the primary focus on Amazon. This role will also lead the US B&W gifting strategy, in partnership with the Brand and Field teams, as well as cross-functional planning teams
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Lead the development and execution of strategic Digital Commerce plans across B&W categories, ensuring alignment with overall CBD and brand strategies.
Manage the Amazon B&W dCom strategy, focused on pack selection, promotion, and strategic pricing to ensure Amazon is winning with other key strategic B&W retailers.
Assesses and manages cross-channel risk with Amazon and other key retailers
Owns Gifting Strategy, including ideation, funnel, and execution across retailers
Lead Perfect Launch strategy with Amazon CD team for in year and 3-year funnel across all 6Ps.
Partners with brand and MMC teams to ensure content for retailer PDPs is produced and syndicated to retailers on-time and in full.
Champion financial rigor and business impact through monthly reviews, forecasting, and ownership of digital commerce sales targets.
Owns dCommerce Innovation Handshake process including inputs with Amazon team and Demand Planning team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience
Proven experience in Digital Commerce, Customer Development, and/or category operations
Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in building and executing customer-specific digital strategies.
Comfortable navigating complex data sets and translating insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
