JOB PURPOSE:
Wearelookingfor a driven, proactive, creative, andorganizedAssistantBrand Manager whowill be responsibleforleadingtheactivation of ourbrandstrategyacrossconsumer-facingchannels.
Using breakthroughthinking, consumer, brandandcustomerunderstandingtocreate a clearandambitiousgrowthvisionandstrategyfortheassignedportfolio, youwill be part of the global marketing teamworkingacross a range of variedandexcitingbrandprojects, fromourbigbangnationaladvertisingcampaigns, throughtobuilding a standoutbrandexperienceacrossdirect-to-consumerchannels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing channel strategy for Food Service by identifyingkey issues and opportunities
- Accountable for New Product Development process for the pipeline working closely to the R&D, Supply Chain, CMI, Global Marketing, and customer development teams,
-Build productive working relationship with Customer Development, CMI, Finance and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations,
-Assume smooth collaboration with all internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders
-Accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health on a monthly/quarterly basis by evaluating performance against key KPIs
-Identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
-Provide the required administrative and marketing support to the Brand Managers, assisting brand’s day to day operational activities

SKILLS:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Universitydegree in relatedfields.
Upto 2 years of workingexperience in FMCG
Fluent in English

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
