Customer Executive - SPMD – BW&PC
Unilever is currently hiring for a SPMD Channel Customer Executive – BW&PC in CUSTOMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

Main Responsibilities:
• Strengthen collaboration with business partners and reach sustainable growth.
• Deliver channel Turnover &Volume Growth, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing Local SPM chains fundamentals, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth.
• Work with BW&PC category team, supply chain & CBD teams on fully integrated customer plans to capture share of the evolving shopper,
• Own customer relationships and meet on regular basis to devise and execute customer plans.
• Identify and evaluate stock, visibility, assortment, leadlets and other opportunities and analyze digital sales data and dashboard,
• Apply key Local SPM best practices around penetration, growth, visibility with core CBD practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics.

Experiences & Qualifications:
• Enthusiasm for making Unilever pioneer supplier in Local SPM customers
• High level of resilience, ability to solve problems proactively and managing crisis
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Selling, Influencing, and Negotiation – understanding channel & customer’s levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth
• Being eager to work closely with cross-functional teams
• With strong business acumen and analytical skills, you must be able to understand the businesses needs and provide analytical/commentary insights to fuel business growth

• Excellent written and spoken Turkish is a must. English is preferred not must.
