What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

• Being responsible for HR activities and processes (recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding), with an end-to-end perspective 
• Acting as the point of contact for all HR-related questions and acting as a strategic business partner to deliver comprehensive value-add HR support and implement HR strategies,
• Taking an active role to shape the organization and constitute HR documentation.
• Supporting the employee engagement project
• CV screening, conducting candidate phone calls, organizing interviews, and updating the recruitment records, and internal HR lists.
• Taking part in career & leadership development projects and organising learning programmes.

Experiences & Qualifications & Skills

• Are or 4th grade university student
• Have strong analytical skills and data correlation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
• Have outstanding written and spoken Turkish and English language proficiency
• Are good at coordination initiatives with a strong integrity mindset
• Are self-starter who can work independently whilst also enjoying collaborating with your colleagues
• Have genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
