MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing sensory side of Ice Cream R&D with below responsibilities:
Internal team tastings
Management of CTI technician day to day
Management of external sensory panel
Management of R&D Center sensory activity with universities
Leading the sensory trainings/screenings in the team
Refreshing the usage of CTI room for tastings

Management of CTI technician’s workplan
Management of external sensory panel
Management of R&D Center sensory collaboration with universities
Leading the sensory trainings and screenings in the project team
Activation of CTI panel room
Support CTI team on on-going CTI projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Foods Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Psychology at least in the 4th year of education
Minimum 3 days (preferably 5 days) availability
Must have interest on sensory and consumer research
Problem solving and decision-making skills are necessary
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have good communication skills
Must have good knowledge of MS Office
