Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management:Oversee the maintenance of all machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Project Management:Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Compliance:Ensure all engineering activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Skills:Strong project management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in engineering software.
