WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Responsible for setting up and continuously improving the warehouse operations strategy for all warehouse sites of Unilever Philippines
Overall head of warehouse operations of all sites, hence the daily delivery of targets of each department encompassing inbound operations, inventory control and management, reverse logistics, outbound/dispatch operations, pallet management and RUD.
Manages multiple 3PLs through KPI scoring and data driven performance management which covers Safey, Quality, Security, Inventory Accuracy, Inbound KPIs, Outbound KPIs, etc
Collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders such as Customer Experience, Supply Planning and BU Leads in ensuring sales and growth target is achieved by aligning forecasted volumes and capacities on a regular basis
Leads improvement projects while working with various internal teams such as Customer Experience, Supply Planning, Factories and Regional/Global Logistics teams with the goal of having an efficient end to end supply chain
Plans and Executes savings and cost reduction initiatives to hit Cost and Gross Margin targets
