Ice Cream Philippines (Selecta) Out-of-Home Business Manager
Job Overview
Selecta is the leading Ice Cream player in the Philippines, as well as Unilever’s largest ice cream market within its Southeast Asia region.
The Ice Cream PhilippinesOut-of-Home Business Manager oversees the total single-serve out-of-home ice cream business of Selecta, accounting for 40% of the total business including brands like Cornetto, Magnum, and Selecta Treats. They will report to the Ice Cream Philippines Marketing Lead and will be supported by three Assistant Brand Managers.
They will have end-to-end responsibility on the out-of-home ice cream business including Business Management (P&L Management), Category Strategy, and Brand Marketing Plan (Design & Deploy), working with internal cross-functional teams as well as external agencies.
Job Responsibilities
Business Management
- End-to-end P&L management for IC PH Out-of-Home, including topline sales delivery, gross margin improvement projects, and brand & marketing investments management to deliver bottomline profits.
- Lead their part of the business in the Annual Business Plan and Monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities.
Category Strategy
- Co-develop the Out-of-Home Ice Cream Category Strategy with the IC PH CSP Team, localizing the Category Growth Story, valuating the Category Growth Drivers, and coming up with the 8-Quarter Plan.
Brand Marketing Plan (Design & Deploy)
- New Brand Launches(as necessary)
- Flavor/Pack Innovation/ Renovation within existing brands
- Campaign development and deployment
Key Skills/ Experience Required
- Minimum 6 years experience in Brand Management or Customer Business Development
- Business or Category Planning
- Consumer and Customer Understanding
- Project Management and Problem Solving
- Good with Numbers (Sales Analytics, Business Cases, etc.)
- Communication & Presentation Skills
- Leading Teams and Managing Stakeholders
