JOB TITLE: Senior Shopper and Channel Assistant Marketing Manager LOCATION: Unilever RFM Ice Cream Office, Manggahan Industrial Park, Manggahan, Pasig City

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role will be tasked to grow the Ice Cream business by partnering with our field sales colleagues in landing availability, visibility, and activation plans in trade. In particular, this role will be handling Proximity Channels – Convenience Stores, Minimarts, Discounters, etc.
In addition, this role will also be responsible for analyzing channel, brand, area and customer performance to identify opportunities to grow the Ice Cream Business.
JOB SUMMARY
This role will handle Shopper & Channel Marketing for Proximity, in which he/she needs to:
- Work with the Ice Cream Business Units and Category Operations team in translating brand plans into ice cream programs in terms of Availability, Visibility, and Activations
- Partner with Field sales in landing ice cream programs in-trade through expertise in Channel Operations
- Analyze channel, brand, area, and customer performance to identify opportunities to grow the ice cream category
- Use shopper and category growth drivers, channel insights, shopping missions, and retail trends to sharpen plans KEY STAKEHOLDERS
- Category Strategy & Planning, Brand Marketing Teams, CD Development Groups, Field Teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Business/Data Science or any related degree
- 1 year relevant experience in Shopper Marketing or Field Sales is a plus, minimum 2-3 years experience in Trade Marketing
- Experience in Data Analytics is a plus
- Excellent MS Office Skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferably with experience in FMCG industry DESIRED SKILLS
- Good leadership skills, with experience or exposure in people management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Can work well under tight deadlines
- Have clear attention to details
