Job Summary
This role demonstrates a mastery of handling complexity and navigating trade-offs to support the Business Unit (BU). A master of demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), this role translates insights and collaborates to ensure cross functional inputs to the creation of the forecast. They are a citizen data scientist that can use and interpret data to derive a central forecast that is unbiased accurate and aligned. Through Influence they are master orchestrators and storytellers using numbers as their language.
Role Responsibilities:
Owns the overall volume forecast & Accountable for delivering an aligned, unbiased & accurate forecast.
Story telling - Understand 100% and explain to Country Category Business Team (CCBT) the composition/assumptions of the volume forecast.
Bring together stakeholders' groups to orchestrate trade of decisions to drive business performance.
Partner with L2 in reviewing Forecast KPIs and closing gaps. Drives the improvement agenda.
Innovation – Drive robust business case development. Track & Communicate BC evolution & performance to support inventory and Business waste optimization.
Leads the Collaboration with Cross Functional teams to deliver the input-led volume forecast in S&OP.
Collaborate to address product availability constraints, crisis management and gap management.
Leads the Collaboration with Cross Functional teams to deliver the input-led volume forecast in S&OP.
Drive Plan-by-exception as a rule within the S&OP utilizing full benefits of technology.
Monitor adherence to forecast inputs and key metrics & drive the improvement agenda.
Lead customer collaboration sessions weekly.
Collaborate to address product availability constraints, crisis management and gap management.
Support portfolio management and segmentation.

Key Interactions:
Collaborate with Customer and Channel Development (CCD), Customer Development (CD), Marketing and Finance to deliver the input-led forecast, including non-forecastable segments, innovations and local brand building for all horizons.
Collaborate with CCD, CD, customer service and supply to address product availability constraints and crisis management.
Collaborate with CCD, MOM, Finance and Supply for the delivery of robust business case assumptions and tracking.
L2 Organization on forecast creation, tracking and improvement.
