Title: Electrical Executive

Location: Pondicherry Detergent Factory

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our electrical department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing large teams, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical installations on site, as well as providing technical guidance and support to other departments. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise a team of electricians and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical installations and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to other departments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to electrical systems and maintenance activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with electrical systems and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and principles.
• Experience with electrical design software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform work in a fast-paced environment.
