Key Account Manager Click & Collect (H/F)

Your Role:
As a Click & Collect Manager, you will be part of a multidisciplinary expert team. Your main missions are:
Build the customer strategy and roadmap on the Click & Collect channel specifically for Leclerc and Auchan
Based on channel-specific shoppers' data, build recommendations on each growth pillar (listing, promotion, visibility)
Carry out diagnostics and performance analysis by category and by retailer dedicated to their Click & Collect channel
Be responsible for the integration of the click & collect strategy within omnichannel plans: within the category strategic plans (Match Aller) and Retailer Plans (Match Retour) in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Marketing and Customer Development teams.
Direct contact with the distributors’ click & collect managers: conduct market reviews, innovation reviews, and category meetings with each dedicated contact.
Actively participate & build recommendations on action plans carried out by the sales force, in line with category objectives and priorities. Be key contact on click & collect sales force for all categories.
Participate in the commercial activation of our brands on the channel:
Assortment: definition of the click & collect assortment priorities in collaboration with Brand Building and Customer Marketing teams; build assortment recommendations for each distributor and category
Promotion: Build the promotional plan ensuring brands and retailers’ objectives are met. Actively participates to the perfect execution of promotional retailers plans.
Construction of the phased Annual Activation Plan, for each category and each brand
E-Merchandising: in partnership with the customer, build recommendations to align category growth plans to user experience maximizing onsite potential visibility
Be responsible for monitoring and tracking of each pillar implementation and perfect execution.
Performance monitoring: Monthly analysis of results and implementation of corrective actions if necessary.
Skills and Experience
Educational Background/Work History Must Haves:
Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school or university equivalent.
You have at least 3 years of experience excluding internship/work-study program ideally spent as an E-Commerce Manager or Category Manager in a FMCG business.
