We are looking for a Total Rewards Coordinator to support Brazil. This role is accountable to support the design, development and implementation of Total Rewards (TR) – with higher focus on benefits - and how they are enabled by our HR community to support our company. This individual must be hands in delivering all facets of compensation, benefits, and have an expertise mindset around leveraging TR tools and practices.
The chosen candidate will have success in using an innovative approach to ensure that our rewards and people practices are competitive with business-driven results and enhance our culture. This individual will ensure the design and develop Reward solutions that are equitable, market based, relevant and cost effective. Communication, training and influence in HR community are critical to ensure that our programs are understood and valued by our employees. Reporting to the Lead of Rewards Brazil, this individual will work closely with the business and HR team in completing needs analysis and driving innovative solutions to address the needs of our business. This will liaise with 3rd parties to ensure the best delivery to our businesses.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN JOB PURPOSE BE
- Lead the Benefits agenda in the country.
- Analyze, benchmark and propose the best future delivery approach for employee benefits (health, welfare and other perks) by level and geographic location
- Support and monitor the Procurement area in negotiations with benefits providers
- Liaise with finance ensuring budgeting.
- Liaise with Health, workplace, PEX and EB teams to ensure the delivery of a full employee experience package
- Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve best in class Total Reward solutions, plans, processes, policies, systems and tools in line with the strategy and operating plans across the organization and ensure the offerings are available to attract and retain an innovative, high caliber workforce.
- Support the Rewards function and processes including base, short-term and long-term incentive compensation; sales incentive, annual compensation review cycle; equity administration; market data survey selection and participation
- Leverage knowledge from external specialists, communities of practice and academic institutions to identify themes and issues and scan for emerging reward trends and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws pertaining to compensation and benefits, in partnership with the Legal Department. This includes oversight of all compliance of all Rewards systems, processes, policies, filings, audits, and reporting standards.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Business acumen
- Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into presentations
- Previous HR experience – preferred in benefits - including knowledge of health, wellness plans and retirement plans
- Resilience, leading by influence, team player, constantly curious and speak-up attitude to innovate and create the future aligned with the global Reward team.
- Fluency in Portuguese. English and/or Spanish are desirable.
- Knowledge in Workday System.
