Descrição da Vaga: Promotor(a) de Merchandising Como Promotor(a) de Merchandising, você atuará diretamente nos pontos de venda (PDVs), sendo responsável por representar a marca, organizar os produtos e encantar os clientes. Seu papel será essencial para garantir a melhor visibilidade dos produtos e proporcionar uma experiência positiva ao consumidor. Responsabilidades Principais: • Organizar os produtos conforme o layout pré-estabelecido; • Repor e manter os produtos organizados nas gôndolas; • Cumprir metas de vendas definidas para cada campanha ou período; • Realizar negociações no PDV conforme diretrizes da empresa; • Auditar os pontos de venda, controlando o share de gôndola e o estoque; • Monitorar e reportar ações da concorrência; • Atender e orientar os clientes com simpatia e proatividade.
