As the ninth global cluster, we work across the world to fill white spaces for Unilever.
We treat the business as our own.
As intrapreneurs, we introduce Unilever’s brands into white space geographies like Korea, Pacific Islands, Mongolia, and spearhead launches of iconic household brands like Dove, Lifebuoy, Sunlight, Fair & Lovely, TRESemme into big markets like U.S, China, Western Europe and SEAA.
As Unilever’s growth engine, we establish global white space businesses in key channels such as Health & Beauty, Discounters, E-Commerce and alternate channels such as travel retail, marketing to institutional partners like the United Nations, and seeding Unilever brands to overseas diaspora who crave for a taste of their familiar home brands.

ABOUT MARKETING IN UNILEVER INTERNATIONAL
We build categories and brands like St Ives and Simple globally across markets, media and channels, by enhancing brand awareness and brand through creative and effective digital mediums. We launch Unilever brands in new markets and bring them to life.
We build new businesses and ventures across channels like the professional OOH channel, e commerce 1p, 3P , D2C, Ethnic, Seeding future brands
We develop innovations at breakneck speed using the agile innovation model and working with external strategic partners to deliver winning products and services in market
THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE
You’ll lead the marketing strategy for Nutrition and drive sustainable growth for unilever brands in the massive 50bn+ OOH space
Anchor the CCBT and be responsible for key sign offs
You will develop unique portfolio ala kosher, halal and ethnic jewels and enable a 100 M ITO business
You will develop marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and performance marketing
You will build strategic partnerships with key UL markets and retailers and be responsible for business delivery.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams to land innovations in market fast with impact;
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving Marketing Strategy
Leading strategy and marketing innovations and activities across key markets for EU, NA, ANZ, SEA
Overseeing all global clusters to seed and incubating selected brands like Hellmann’s, Knorr & MAille among others across markets
Managing OTIF delivery of all key strategic projects across brands
Identifying and Capitalising on White Spaces
Evaluating, analysing and mapping white space opportunities for all small categories lie scratch cooking, RTE and dressings and ice creams
Launching key niche brands across identified white space markets
Marketing Execution
Drive digital first performance marketing across social, search, analytics
Supervising product artwork development aligns with brand guidelines
Partnering Business Development teams with sales supporting materials (e.g. product information sheets, selling decks, etc.)
Stakeholder Management
Fostering strong relationships with wider UI Marketing team and new BG LT UL to share best practices and learnings
The roles of duties are not exhaustive and may change according to business requirements
NECESSARY SKILLS/EXPERIENCES
Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial person
Have strong track record of consistency in market delivery
Have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with key stakeholders
Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams
Have great project management and business process design skills
Minimum 5-8 years’ marketing experience in B2C
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
