Home Care Indonesia is looking forHC ID Assistant CMI Manager H&H and Performancethat is key to drive the category growth, aligned with key consumer insights and emergent market trends. Reporting to BU CMI Lead, your role is crucial in maintaining the core values of the category, ensuring consistency across different categories, and exploring opportunities for future growth into new categories and formats. You willassist in developing and implementing innovative strategies that align with emerging market trends.
You will partner with key marketing stakeholders in all their strategic, innovation, communication, and activation activities. You will support your line manager in driving Growth and Transformational Actions with your Business Partners. These actions will be rooted in a deep understanding of the consumer and market. You will be responsible and accountable for all consumer insights decisions on the projects that you are handling working with multiple internal and external stakeholder.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the charge on continuous tracking and monitoring of Market Performance metrics for Home & Hygiene brandsby being responsible for measurement and generation of insights from continuous research (retail data, consumer panel, brand tracking) and liaising with the agencies. Additionally, ensure the sharing of key insights with the relevant teams to help steer the course of day-to-day strategy on the brand
Build strategic, sustainable business advantage for Home & Hygiene business in the short and long term by combining deep consumer-centricity with a nuanced understanding of business performance and strategy.
Build effective and collaborative relationships with various Business Teams and associated functions working on the category, including Marketing teams, R&D, and CTI to understand key business objectives and thereby identify and communicate the role and value that market data and consumer research plays in the decision-making process.
Translate business objectives into clear research briefs for the brand, and communicate actionable insights based on data-based findings and logic to enable informed decisions.
Develop an understanding of the marketing mix creation process and ensure clarity of key risky assumptions and hypotheses to be tested in research at respective stages.
Learn and employ a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, choosing the methodology/source which is best suited to answering the business objectives for Home & Hygiene.
Ensure rigor in research design, data collection, analysis, and recommendations, collaborating with research agency partners where applicable.
Support the CMI Lead in delivering category, brand and innovation performance insights at a local division level
Partner with the CBD and CSP teams to drive market understanding and shopper insights evolves around Home & Hygiene into action.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
At least 2-4 years of work experience in Market Research / Consumer Insight roles in the agency/client side
Demonstrated experience using quantitative/qualitative researchto generate insights that inform business strategy.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Experience in delivering customized research projects - qualitative and/or quantitative
Experience in analysis of syndicated data sources e.g. consumer panel and retail audit
High personal responsibility and accountability.
Good team player with great communication skills.
Rigour in quality of work with great attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and changing contexts.
Willingness and openness to learn from others and from the past, and in envisioning possibilities for the future.
