WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Key Responsabilities

  • Dynamic resource allocation to meet Category/RTM growth priorities.

  • BMI & OVHs control.

  • Strategically influence stakeholders.

  • Active participation in S&OP Process, the risk and opportunities discussed in those meetings and translate to P&L.

  • Forecasting México total P&L.

  • Reporting

  • Analysis financial scenarios aligned with Global Targets.

  • Digital Transformation in line with business expectation

  • Among other activities

Key Interactions

  • Business partners

  • Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, CD and BI Community

  • Finance business partners

  • FET team (Category, Local and Supply chain Finance)

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Planning

  • Partner with MKT Team in business modelling, P&L forecasts, competitor benchmarking, shadow P&Ls, among other activities.

  • Identifyvalue opportunities that require a particular intervention / project support from Finance Business Partner resources and allocate resources as appropriate. Likely to include GM, Pricing, ROI, market development.

  • Review impacts of performance interventions

  • Identify major risks and opportunities
