Title: Packaging Development Manager 

If you are in the Magnum Ice Cream Company, you will work for the Global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn Turn Over in 2023. The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, and Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Purpose:
TMICC is seeking a passionate and experienced Packaging Manager to lead innovative packaging projects to the Ice Cream for LATAM region. This role involves driving competitive and sustainable growth through superior packaging solutions, managing high-impact projects, and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to create the best-in-class packaging solutions for our new innovative and existing product portfolio aligned with brand strategy for local markets.
• Develop and implement regional packaging strategies aligned with the business priorities and consumer / client needs.
• Create the transparent and creative atmosphere for direct and indirect talents, being committed to people development and synergistic collaboration across countries.
• Partnership with Marketing, Supply Chain and Suppliers to build great consumer experience and explore potential superiority through packaging.
• Technical analysis of new packaging designs and provide feedback to project teams with respect to design viability. Also identifypossible solutions to sort out technical problems.
• Lead and manage packaging programs focusing on innovation, sustainability, and value chain.
• Set and monitorobjectives and key results (OKRs) for the packaging team.
• Build strong networks with other packaging managers across the regions and packaging ecosystem to share knowledge and innovations.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in packaging development in consumer goods company in different technologies: flexible, rigids, corrugated, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills, engaging collaboration and creativity
Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
