Job Title                    : CD Capability Building Assistant Manager                                          

Work Location          : Vientiane Capital, Laos

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Training Plan and Organizing

  • Define skills gap, and plan training courses needed for the whole CD team, Distributor team & project team.
  • Engage with key speakers/ trainers for training courses as per curriculum.
  • Organize and facilitate the training courses as scheduled.

Training material building for CD Academy

  • Material preparation and translation including training contents, product knowledge & basic call procedure and other training related.
  • Build new training materials to answer to current business challenges.
  • Leading CD onboarding program.
  • Leading UFSA program.
  • Facilitation for specific training between CD & cross-function.
  • Leading CD best practice sharing program.  
  • Leading salesman RED to GREEN program.

CD Training Support

  • Logistics management for training courses
  • Reporting on training report, progress monitor & distributor staffing report
  • Design and announcement for training program and top performer award
  • Budget building for yearly training plan

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit with resourcefulness and a sustainable outlook.
  • Able to make decisions despite uncertainty with rationality, logic, and trend.
  • Comfortable with number and data learning and management.
  • Ability to work & manage different kinds of stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English
  • Good at Ms. Excel and Power Point
  • Other working skills such as design with Photoshop & video creator is an advantage.
  • Experience Project Management is advantage.
  • Experience Data and report analysis is advantage.
