Location: Poznań, with hybrid work dynamic (2 days in the office).

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales & CRM Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the success of the sales organization by ensuring the effective use, management, and continuous improvement of our CRM platform, as well as keeping constant communication and close collaboration with sales representatives. Beyond maintaining systems, this role is focused on evolving tools and streamlining processes that empower the sales team to focus on client engagement and growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as the primary owner of the CRM system, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date data.

· Maintain constant communication with sales representatives, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance.

· Prepare sales reports and analyses in Excel and Power BI to support ad-hoc analyses and decision-making.

· Develop data reporting and analysis tools for the Sales Team

· Be responsible for data quality in systems and reports

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· High proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOUKUP) and PowerQuery.

· Experience with Microsoft Power BI.

· Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.

· Ability to translate technical data into stakeholders-relevant language.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

· Very good organization of work.

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree, preferably in a technical, financial or mathematical field.

· Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)

· Experience working with large data sets and multiple data sources
