We accept great talents with all sorts of backgrounds, since we believe in a resume-free selection process for the UFLP. In R&D, we do require a strong technical qualification in a Chemical, Biological, Physical or Food-related Sciences and Chemical/Material Engineering-related disciplines. For Supply Chain & Procurement, you will need a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or similar engineering. We also accept Mathematics, Business, Technology, or Design-related disciplines.

Online Application Period (Step 1-Step 3)
Our online application period runs from March 1st to March 21st end of day. We work on a first comes, first served base. It will take a few days to finish all online application stages, so finish all stages as soon as possible when applications open.
To stay in the running for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme selection process, once applications go live, make sure to complete all the stages including your Digital Interview (Stage 3) as soon as possible. While the official deadline will be announced in March, spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so don’t wait!

Requirements for UFLP application
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands before the start of the UFLP programme. Search year/orientation year visa is not accepted. Unilever cannot
support the request for a visa in any form (R&D talents, EU nationals, and candidates with asylum residence permits, are excepted from this
requirement).
• You have obtained your master’s/Bachelor’s degree at the start date of the UFLP per (1st of September of the year you applied in).
- A WO master’s degree is required at the beginning of the Supply Chain & Procurement, R&D and Finance tracks.
- A HBO/WO degree is required at the beginning of the Marketing, Customer Development and Human Resources tracks.
• An intermediate level of Dutch is preferred but not required for some tracks.
• Our Discovery Center Days often take place in early April at our office in Rotterdam (for all tracks except R&D) or Wageningen (for R&D). It is not possible to join this day online.
