The tracks
We accept great talents with all sorts of backgrounds, since we believe in a resume-free selection process for the UFLP. For Supply Chain & Procurement, you will need a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or similar engineering. We also accept Mathematics, Business, Technology, or Design-related disciplines.
Online Application Period (Step 1-Step 3)
Our online application period runs from March 1st to March 21st end of day (we work on a first comes, first served base. In case of many good candidates, we may decide to close earlier. In that case, we will communicate this).
You need to have finished stage 3 (Digital Interview) by the end of the online application period to be eligible for the UFLP. It will take a few days to finish all online stages, so finish all stages as soon as possible.

Requirements for UFLP application
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands before the start of the UFLP programme. Search year/orientation year visa is not accepted. Unilever cannot support the request for a visa in any form (R&D talents, EU nationals, and candidates with asylum residence permits, are excepted from this requirement).
• You have obtained your master’s/Bachelor’s degree at the start date of the UFLP per September 1, 2025
- A WO master’s degree is required at the beginning of the Supply Chain & Procurement, R&D and Finance tracks.
- A HBO/WO degree is required at the beginning of the Marketing, Customer Development and Human Resources tracks.
• An intermediate level of Dutch is preferred but not required for some tracks.
• Our Discovery Center Days take place at our Rotterdam Office in early April. It is not possible to join this day online.
