UNILEVER FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME (UFLP)
Unilever Future Leaders Programme is our 2 year accelerated Management Trainee programme aimed at grooming future leaders. Through UFLP, we provide a fast-tracked learning journey with rotations within and across functions, including a sales stint and international exposure, formal trainings with an opportunity to dive into on-the job experiences. We’re looking for fresh graduates who are passionate and curious with the ability to bring their purpose and best selves to work every day. Be ready to ignite the leader in you!
Duration – 2 Years

UNILEVER LEADERSHIP INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME (ULIP)
ULIP is all about giving undergraduates a chance to dive into real-world projects across various functions such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Customer Development (Sales) and more. It’s a 6-month extensive learning journey where you’ll work on real-time business projects, develop professional skills, and network with leaders. We’re looking for undergraduates in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year or recent graduates to join as a ULIP.
Duration – 6 months (Full Time)

UNILEVER STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME (SPARKS)
As Unilever Student Ambassadors, you play a vital role in connecting Unilever with your university communities. Your mission? To be the face of Unilever on campus, representing our brand and engaging with fellow undergraduates. As Ambassadors, this volunteer program will help you develop essential employability skills, gain valuable industry exposure, and collaborate on exciting university projects. We’re particularly interested in undergraduates, ideally in their 1st to 3rd years, who are purpose-driven, curious, high performing, and eager to explore the world of Unilever.
Duration – 1 year (5-6 hours per month)

The Unilever Youth Forum stands as one of the largest youth led conferences for undergraduates in Sri Lanka, organized by Unilever and Sparks Student Ambassadors. We aim to provide a platform where young minds can connect, engage, and explore various topics of relevance in the corporate world. Every year, we bring together 300+ undergraduates from various universities across the country

UNILEVER CHALLENGE & FUTURE LEADERS LEAGUE
Unilever challenge is a case study competition where young talent team up to tackle real-world brand challenges, and explore the fascinating world of Unilever. Partnered with a local brand, this experience is all about growth, learning, and making an impact by putting young talent in the shoes of Junior Brand Managers. The national winners from Unilever challenge get the opportunity to represent team Sri Lanka at the global finals - Unilever Future Leaders League. This competition is open to undergraduates and fresh graduates (below 26 years of age) with a passion for creativity, innovation and solving real-world business challenges.
Duration – 4-6 months
