Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP)
This is designed to prepare our leaders of the future by giving them challenging jobs that prepare them for business leadership roles. The Programme encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes international stints, formal training, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Graduates or Final Year Graduates (Applicants should graduate during the year of their application)
- Having 1-2 years of Work experience will be an added advantage
- Having professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- If applying for Customer Development – Candidates should have valid driving license and be willing to relocate within the country for a field exposure
- If applying for Supply Chain – Candidates should be willing to relocate to a factory

Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP)
The Unilever Leadership Internship Programme offers internship opportunities to undergraduates across all functions for a period of 6 months. During their internship, they work first-hand on real time projects to deliver business targets at large, while developing their professional and networking skills by engaging with leaders across the business.
Duration – 6 months/Full time
Paid Internship
Requirements:
- Undergraduates (3rd year or 4th year) or Recent graduates
- Extra-Curricular Activities - Leadership Experiences, Volunteer Experiences, Sports, University club activities, etc
- If applying for Human Resources & Supply Chain – Candidates should be willing to relocate to a factory destination (Agarapathana or Horana). This will be discussed during the interview and mentioned in the application stage.
- If applying for Customer Development – Candidates should be willing to relocate within the country if it’s a field-based internship. This will be discussed at the interview and mentioned in the application stage

 Unilever Industrial Trainee Programme
This is a programme where Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Science undergraduates are given projects during their training time, enabling them to gain on the job training and industrial experience.
Duration – 6 months/Full time

- Undergraduates (3rd year or 4th year) or Recent graduates of engineering/Supply Chain/Transport & Logistics/Science backgrounds

 Unilever NextGen Customer Development Internship Programme
This is an internship programme held annually, to find the best talent for Customer Development (Sales). During the trainee period, interns are exposed to hands-on work in the Sales front, interacting with important stakeholders of the business.
Duration – 6 months/Full time

- Undergraduates (3rd year or 4th year) or Recent graduates
- Office base or Field base internships (Will be discussed at the interview)
- Relocation required if it’s a field-based internship

 Finex – Unilever & CIMA Internship Programme
This internship programme is held in partnership with CIMA, to find the best talent for Finance. During the trainee/internship period, they are exposed to the financial operations of the business while sitting for learning programmes with CIMA.
Duration – 6 months/Full time

 Unilever Challenge & Future Leaders League
This is a real time brand focused case study competition conducted by us to identify local talent that can represent Sri Lanka at the Unilever Future Leaders League organised by our global team. The Unilever Challenge is open to undergraduates or fresh graduates below the age of 26 to participate in teams. Every year, the Challenge rolls out in partnership with a local brand.
Duration – 1-4 Months
Commitment - 1-3 Hours a week

 Unilever Student Ambassador Programme (SPARKS)
This is a student ambassador programme where selected students from targeted universities are appointed to be the face of Unilever in their respective universities for a period of 1 year. During this period, while developing their own employability skills and industry exposure, SPARKS delivers projects in their universities in collaboration with us.
Duration – 1 years
Commitment - 5-6 Hours per month

 Youth Forum
This is the largest undergraduate forum hosted by us annually which opens space for conversations on critical topics relevant to the time. We host 300-400 undergraduates annually to connect with business leaders and key external influencers for open conversations on topics such as Holistic Wellbeing (2020), and Diversity & Inclusion (2019).
Requirements:
- This is an open event for all the undergraduates of the country
