Unilever’s Future Leaders Programme develops tomorrow’s leaders, today!

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a 3 year scheme designed to prepare graduates for business leadership roles. The programme consists of a number of placements within and across functions, formal training, business mentorship and a short experience in field sales.
We accept all disciplines, except for schemes in R&D and Supply Chain. In R&D, we require a strong technical qualification in a Chemical, Biological, Physical or Food-related Science. We also accept Chemical/Material and Engineering-related disciplines.
For Supply Chain, we require a strong technical qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). We also accept other science-based degrees (BSc) and Supply Chain related disciplines such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

Business and Technology Employee
Technology touches everything we do from the sourcing of sustainable ingredients around the world to the marketing, measurement and selling of our brands online platforms.

Through our dual-stream programme specialising in building technical expertise and cross functional management skills, you’ll be working with a range of the world’s leading technology partners as well as ground-breaking start-ups to solve business changes on a global scale.

Supply Chain Employee
Getting a Magnum ice cream into the hands of consumers across the UK takes serious business expertise. Our Supply Chain team is responsible for the entire process – from sourcing raw materials to ensuring the product reaches the consumer.


Customer Development Employee
We work closely with our customers to pioneer new products, categories, and concepts. Customer Development makes sure that shoppers can find our brands, wherever and whenever they want them. Our customers are as diverse as supermarkets, online retailers and theme parks - we build partnerships with all of them.

Profile Assessment
Complete a profile assessment which consists of 5 short online games that look at different elements of your cognitive, emotional, and social traits. You will receive personalised feedback after completing the games.

Digital Interview The digital interview will consist of 3 short questions followed by a business case. You will be asked to solve real-world problems using Unilever scenarios. You'll be able to record and complete your interview anytime and anywhere.

Virtual Discovery Centre
You will be invited to a virtual ‘day in the life of’ a Future Leader at Unilever. You will get to experience a number of exciting activities including project meetings, business challenges, a team meeting with colleagues, and a one-to-one meeting with your line manager.
