JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to support the growth of our retail business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, driving sales performance, and effectively promoting our products and services. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the retail market. The role requires a self‑motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the retail industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visiting territory Point of Sales, capturing business opportunities and achieving competitively superior in-store presence to improve company’s results.
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with customers over time and identifying customers’ needs to achieve company’s sales targets.
  • Implementing all necessary in-store activities ensuring best shelf placement for company product portfolio following Shopper Marketing guidelines.
  • Execute with Excellence per banner both centrally agreed activities, merchandising, price monitoring, order taking, on-shelf availability tracking, etc and in store agreed secondary extra placement.
  • Working closely with different functions to drive sales growth by demonstrating business ownership and strong capacity to achieve great results

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing or Finance.
  • Previous relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent command both of English and Greek.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills with a market-oriented approach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • An MBA or Master’s degree will be considered as plus.
  • Experience in FMCG sector is a pros.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to identify and act upon business opportunities.
