MAIN JOB PURPOSE

TheBulk Dispensary Manis responsibleforthe preparation andhandling ofmaterialsthatarealigned with theingredient and bulkspecifications,safety & quality requirements,SOP, and production planand capacity.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety and Quality

Follow all safety and quality policies and procedures according to the existing guidelines.
Wear / Use prescribed PPEsand use prescribed engineering controls (ventilation, anti-static mat, etc.)
Follow standards on personal hygiene
Use LOTO during troubleshooting and CILT
Ensure that machine guarding is in place before and during production
Use proper tools and equipment during troubleshooting and maintenance activitiesof basic equipment
Follow prescribed work procedures and company safety rules and regulations

Operations

Provide support in execution of the activities ofProductionin accordance withthe operational guidelines and procedures as needed
RMhandling,dispensing,anddosing
Conduct visual check on the quality and quantity of ingredients duringdispensingand dosing
Coordinates with theProcess ControlOperator to ensure on-time availability of dispensed kit to mixers
In-charge of the daily deliveries RM(SLES / CAPB) tothe Plant
Conducts quarterly wall to wall count of materialsand SFGs
Conducts weekly inventory of materials (RM, Batch Kits, SFGs)
RMshandling from dispensary area to mixer area anddosingtovessels
Maintaining 5S/GHK of theSLES / CAPB Tank Farm Area
Conductscleaning, inspection, lubrications, and adjustments of the equipment with supervision and guidance from qualified operator or engineering technician
Supportthe execution of Planned Maintenance activities and Emergency Repairs of equipment with supervision and guidance from qualifiedoperatoror engineeringtechnicianfor basic equipment
Performsother activities as maybe required by his First Line Manager
Responsible for good housekeeping of Process area
Fill up trackers (dispensary sheet, checklists, etc.) as required by QA for traceabilityEnsure properhandoverto the incoming Production Staff between shifts

Maintenance

Perform routine activities such as operation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of Mixers and ensure that machines are available for production.
Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance task, including CILT, based on the calendar given by the maintenance planner.
Participates in the EWO (emergency work order) filling up and execution of actions thatrelatestopreventany similar breakdown

Digital

Able tooperatesimple gadgets such as smart phone/ scannerand iPad
Learn and adapt to digital tools as required by the Company

Manning

Participates inthe Company’s training programs

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Vocational course ortechnicalcourse related to manufacturing
Basic appreciation of systems and can propose recommendations for improvement
Basic appreciation ofR2Sprinciples of OEE computation, loss measurements, basic problem-solving techniques
Workingknowledge of raw material quality and specifications
Knowledge of the 5S principles and the ability to consistently practice them
Basic appreciation and knowledge in proper lubrication for machines and other autonomous maintenance activities
Attention to detailregardingdocumentation
Basic knowledge of OSHAS, EMS, GMP and HACCP
Ability to prepare production reports and log sheets communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Ability to perform simple mathematical computations
Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
