PC GA Performance Management & PC Thailand Finance Lead

Business Context & Main Purpose of the Role

This role combines Regional Performance Management for Greater Asia Personal Care with finance leadership for Thailand Personal Care, bringing together enterprise-wide financial governance and in-market business partnering. It is accountable for driving performance transparency, standardization, insight generation, and decision support across Greater Asia PC, while serving as a strategic finance partner to the Thailand PC leadership team to deliver P&L performance, integrated business planning, and disciplined execution. The role is critical in translating regional strategy into rigorous financial management and operational framework to enable sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Long-term and Annual Strategic Planning

• Lead the Greater Asia PC long-term FGM and annual FGM refresh, underpinned by robust financial assumptions, scenario modelling, and a clear roadmap to deliver BU’s ambition.
• Co-lead business group-facing FGM alignment to ensure strategic coherence and financial credibility.
• Partner with the BULT to shape Greater Asia PC OKRs, monitor delivery, and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Lead the annual IOP process to build the full-year P&L plan in close coordination local BUFs.
• Own the construct and cascade of the market target framework

2. Regional Performance Governance

• Lead the S&OP review process for Greater Asia PC, ensuring comprehensive visibility of financial and non-financial performance against target and framework, and facilitating gap-bridging discussions.
• Provide in-month performance analysis versus forecat across topline and bottom-line, highlighting YTG implications and required interventions.
• Bring an objective, data-led perspective to performance discussions, constructively challenging the business to unlock step-change improvement.
• Lead BG-facing monthly forecast and cash forecast submissions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper supporting materials

• Own innovation performance tracking for total GA PC, providing targeted diagnosis and actionable insight at project level.
• Own delivery of Greater Asia PC-specific overhead budgets, ensuring disciplined cost management and clear accountability.
• Facilitate topic-based, data-driven discussions to strengthen operational plans, including areas such as TTS analysis, BMI deep dives, and mix maximization.

3. Capability Building & Process Excellence

• Own the Greater Asia performance dashboard agenda, driving adoption of systems, tools, and governance frameworks to improve consistency and decision quality across markets.
• Build finance and cross-functional capability in performance management through best-practice sharing, coaching, and structured capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement in dashboards, tools, and core financial processes to enhance efficiency, insight, and control.

4. Personal Care Thailand BU Finance Lead:

• Partner with Thailand PC leadership to co-create strategic and annual business plans that balance growth ambition with financial discipline.

• Provide strategic financial input into category strategy, pricing, mix, and investment choices.
• Shape and challenge business decisions to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
• Drive delivery of revenue, profitability, and market share ambitions through rigorous performance management.
• Shape up strong gross margin improvement plan with robust action plan to bring GM above 50%
• Develop and coach local finance talent, maintain a robust succession pipeline for PC Finance in TH

• Market leadership teams and Greater Asia Personal Care finance teams
• Greater Asia Finance Excellence and Centre of Excellence teams

Critical Experience & Qualifications

• Strong experience in finance business partnering and performance management within a complex commercial environment
• Proven track record of managing cross-market and cross-category P&L and translating insights into business results
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a regional, multi-market environment
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels
