Job Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and ensure smooth production processes in line with quality, quantity, and timeline targets.

  • Assist Manufacturing Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling production activities.

  • Ensure efficient use of raw materials, machinery, and workforce.

  • Coordinate the production team to comply with occupational health and safety standards (HSE) & GMP quality standard.

  • Monitor production KPIs and report results to management.

  • Implement UMS into shopfloor operation, ensuring standardized processes, real-time monitoring, and integration with production workflows.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

  • Manage production costs by optimizing resources, reducing waste, and improving cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage energy consumption by monitoring usage, implementing energy-saving practices, and ensuring compliance with sustainability goals.

  • Oversee rework activities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to minimize defects and prevent recurrence.

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical)

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same responsibilities

  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang factory
