Main Job Purpose:

The role provides finance leadership across a portfolio of Modern Trade customers and channels, partnering closely with Customer Development teams to drive growth, profitability, and investment effectiveness. The incumbent leads performance management and commercial decision support for complex business priorities while ensuring strong governance over customer investments and trade spend.

The role is expected tooperatewith a high degree of autonomy, independently leading key business discussions, shaping recommendations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

DrivePerformance Managementand Financial StewardshipofCD Spends

Lead performance management for assigned channels and customer portfolios, ensuring delivery of financial commitments.
Own financial forecasting,budget management, risk identification, and action planning.
Challenge assumptions and drive interventions to address gaps versus plan.
Ensure strong governance and compliance with customer agreements and investmentframework.

Lead Business Partnering on Strategic Priorities

Mastery offinancial impactof TTA per customer for theassignedchannelsand customers
Serve as the lead finance partner for priority customer initiatives.
Lead financial evaluation of customer negotiations, investment proposals, and contract changes.
Influence commercial decisions through actionable insights and clear recommendations.
Partner with senior stakeholders to balance growth ambitions and profitabilityobjectives.

DrivePerformance Improvement

Identifyand lead initiatives to improve customer profitability and investmentROI
Lead CD finance incross-functional problem-solving onemerging business risks and opportunities.
Champion continuous improvement in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.

What Success in This Role Looks Like:

Acts as a trusted finance advisor to customer and channel leadership.
Independently manages complex commercial decisions and business interventions.
Delivers high-quality analyses and recommendations that influence business outcomes.
Coachesothers and elevates overall team capability.
Creates capacity for the CD Finance Lead by owning larger customer portfolios and more complex business issues.

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

At least7+years of experience in Finance
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analyses and business discussions.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience coaching team members or leading cross-functional projects preferred.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and bias for action.
Comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced, lean environment
