Job Title: Personal Care Philippines Process Excellence Assistant Manager (1 year Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Bonifacio Corporate Center, PH (Hybrid)


The Assistant Manager for Process Efficiency will lead and support Philippines initiatives that enhance operational productivity, strengthen digital capability, and enable automation across the personal care organization. This role will serve as a key connector between the PH business, regional digital leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities


1. Project Management of Automation & Efficiency Initiatives

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management for automation, digitization, and process optimization initiatives.

  • Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, resource planning, and progress tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Coordinate testing, change management, training, and rollout to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership visibility.


2. Regional Coordination with Greater Asia CDIO

  • Serve as the primary PH liaison for the Greater Asia Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and regional digital teams.

  • Translate regional digital strategies into local execution plans and ensure alignment with PH business priorities.

  • Support the landing, piloting, and scaling of regional automation platforms, digital governance requirements, and technology standards.

  • Consolidate PH automation needs, challenges, and progress updates for regional reporting and alignment.


3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration for Process Efficiency

  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, and other functions to map current processes and identify inefficiencies.

  • Facilitate workshops, root‑cause analyses, and design sessions to co‑create improved workflows and automation opportunities.

  • Work with IT and functional owners to validate feasibility, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

  • Support continuous improvement culture by enabling teams to adopt digital tools, data-driven decision-making, and simplified processes.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement Roles.

  • Experience working with Cross-Functional Teams


Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding and application of Automation Tools, Excel, Power tools (Automate, Bi)

  • Knowledge of Process Mapping

  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Techniques.

  • Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence without authority across multiple levels and functions.

  • Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
