Role Title: Source to Pay Service Delivery Manager - Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand
Location: BGC, Taguig (Philippines)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Source to Pay (S2P)/Accounts Payable operations for Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand (SEAA) markets
  • Supervise Genpact operations on end to end Invoice receipt to payment
  • Ensure e-Invoice expansion in the SEAA market
  • Lead Transformation projects - to land Efficiency, Effectiveness, Experience
  • Ensure GFCF controls across E2E AP in SEAA and drive audit discussions
  • Manage service providers – to land committed contractual requirements
  • Manage Service providers to deliver to KPIs across the Service lines
  • Partner with IT, PEC, Procurement, Finance organization for transformations
  • Drive Governance with Procurement, Finance, Tax, BGs and manage escalations on AP
  • Analyse issues, root cause analysis and drive preventive and corrective actions
  • Ensure GPM compliance across AP for SEAA.
  • Team management – S2P Unilever team (6FTEs) and Genpact team (200FTEs)


Key Skills & Requirement:

  • Good leadership qualities to drive cost and value and experience to Unilever suppliers
  • Strong team leading and Service provider management skills
  • 10+Years of experience in Finance operations preferably Source to pay domain
  • Experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable operations and Transformations, e-Invoicing etc.
  • Inquisitiveness to evaluate external solutions to transform AP process
  • Good external market connect to bring in best practices in AP
  • Desired skill – AP experience in the SEAA market
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams Tax, PEC, Controls etc. to deliver results.
  • Technical Experience
  • Good understanding of SAP, T-Codes and trouble shooting
  • Exposure to AP workflows and understanding of design, testing etc.
  • Desired – hands on experience on building RPA/ AI solutions for AP
  • Desired skills - Program management to manage potential projects in AP
  • Educational qualification – Graduate in any stream. Preferably Commerce/Finance or other related course
